I actually think this would be a brilliant idea for many reasons. Firstly for those of us unhappy with our bodis it would be a double positive experiance and also it would feel very natural

Yes i love to run alonmg the beach nude and then go for a swim afterwards |

I prefer exercising naked be it minor weight lifting or Pillate style. I also do housework and work on computers naked. I visit a nudist resort and hike, swim, read and lounge happily naked.

`Yes. I have a small gym in my garage, so I work out naked a lot. If it's nighttime, I'll even open the garage door to get the feeling of being outside. Hell, I even grab the dumbbells and step out front to REALLY be outside working out.

`I have done nude workouts many a time. I have a pretty good home gym set up and in summer it's great. Plus you don't have to worry about getting clothes all sweaty. I definitely helps motivate you to work harder when you can see EVERYTHING :)

I definitely prefer to work out nude. My movements aren't restricted by clothing and my body works more efficiently without clothes. Too bad I can't work out at the gym in the nude.

`I wish the gym I go to would allow nude swimming, personally. I do some yoga naked at home, and once in awhile manage to get through a "Sweating to the Oldies" sans clothing when the roommates are away. (It's the pits having textile roomies....)

I love wroking out in the nude.. on the treadmill almost everynight. I think I would be the happiest person in the world if I could find a swin club that allowed nude swimming!

`I never have worked out nude but some times after showering I lounge around my apartment naked...computer stuff,house chores.

`I always work out nude....but then....I'm nude from the time I get home from work until I leave the next day......I usually do yoga.
